Wonderful time!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was extremely easy to communicate with during our time, and the property had everything we could possibly need. My kids really enjoyed the games and old school Nintendo along with the fun bunk room. The location is perfect too. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful, Quiet and Nearby
We had a great weekend away without having to drive for hours. We found EIO to be a great getaway from Houston, far enough away to be distant, but a short drive. The unit itself is well-equipped and decorated for that ‘beach’ feel. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace over-looking the great beach. It had been a while since we’d traveled to Galveston, and the convenience of the Strand was great.

The Perfect Get Away
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old. The condo has a ton of amenities, many more than staying in a typical hotel which made traveling with a toddler that much easier. Some of our favorite features during our stay were: easy access to a quiet beach, heated pool, pull out bed low to the ground for our toddler, comfortable mattresses, “closet full of dreams” (the closet in the master which had everything imaginable: beach / pool toys, lounge chairs, beach towels, large bags to carry items to the beach, laundry detergent, etc.), game dresser which has board games, cards, dominos, DVDs, Wii games, and Netflix. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect place especially for Kids!!
The House was just what we were looking for! Close to the beach and very clean! The owners responded quickly to all our questions before and during our stay. Our family of 5 enjoyed our last minute trip here on the four of July week. They had everything you need for cooking, beach towels, beach chairs, and a lot of Kids toys & games ..etc. We highly recommend this place!

WONDERFUL FAMILY BEACH SPOT
We had a great time here with our three kids. The combination of a pool and the beach in a convenient location to local Seawall attractions is hard to beat, and we really appreciated the little extras like sand toys and games that made the kids feel at home. The decor was lovely and although the place isn’t huge it is fully equipped with the essentials and some extras and fit our needs as a home base well. The beach was great fun for swimming, sandcastle building, and seashell hunting, and the kids were thrilled to find big hermit crabs a walk up the beach at the jetty near East Beach. All in all, a great stay!

East Island Oasis = Paradise
Our family of 6 booked a five night stay at Island Oasis over Spring Break 2018 and it did not disappoint. I was drawn to this particular condo due to the proximity to the beach and not having to trek across major streets to enjoy. It was perfect – just a short walk on the boardwalk and no cars! It was very safe for our 4 children. The condo is clean, well decorated and had everything that we could possibly need (beach towels, sand toys, etc) The owner was amazing to work with – quick and timely in her response and very attentive to our needs. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We will definitely be back!
